Jaychele Nicole Schenck is a strategist, storyteller, and the Founder of Culture Shift Group, a dual-division consultancy and talent agency shaping the future of creators, talent, and culture-facing brands. She specializes in partnerships, PR, and cultural marketing that connect vision to execution and turn creative ideas into cultural currency.

Through Culture Shift Group, Jaychele has led strategy for clients with a combined reach of over 8M+ followers, securing partnerships with EGO, Jeffrey Campbell, and Bloom Nutrition, while representing creators from Kai Cenat’s Streamers University and Netflix’s Temptation Island. On the consulting side, she has delivered campaigns and cultural strategies for GRISÉ NYC, Steers Closet, Bentley University, Platinum Entertainment Group, and is spearheading the marketing for the Caribbean Hoop Classic, a premier basketball tournament in the Bahamas.

Her experience extends to global agencies and brands, including roles with Wasserman (Creator & Brand Partnerships) and Red Bull (Field Marketing), where she has executed influencer campaigns, cultural activations, and brand partnerships that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences.

At Bentley University, she has proven her ability to scale initiatives by founding Black Admitted Students Day (raising Black student yield from 4% to 6%), producing the university’s first Black History Month Concert, and leading Spring Day 2025 with DJ Mustard, managing entertainment budgets of up to $220K.
