Culture Shift Group is a strategy-led consultancy and agency focused on clarity, positioning, and cultural power. We work with creators, talent, and culture-facing brands to help them understand what they are building and how it is being experienced. Our work sits at the intersection of culture, brand, and strategy. We support individuals and organizations who want to move with intention, not assumption, and make decisions grounded in context rather than guesswork. Our Approach to Culture + Strategy

Culture does not shift because something is trendy. It shifts because people respond to meaning. At my core, I am a creative who understands strategy. I approach brands, creators, and institutions through observation, pattern recognition, and cultural understanding, paying attention to behavior, timing, identity, and how stories land in the real world.

Strategy lives in people and context. In what gets shared, what gets ignored, and what holds attention over time. My work is rooted in human insight, informed by data, and shaped by lived experience. My background in sociology and cultural analysis influences how I see brands and creators as participants in culture rather than products to be optimized or content machines to be fed.

I do not separate creativity from strategy. I use creativity as information. Strategy is about understanding position: who you are, what you represent, and how your work is currently being experienced. Before execution, I focus on clarity. Before scale, I focus on structure. Our work is about building with intention, not rushing toward output.

    A free, asynchronous starting point focused on understanding context. This step looks at what you are building, where it currently sits in culture, and how it is being experienced. The goal is alignment and recommendation, not strategy, so the next move makes sense before any work begins.

  • The Strategic Read™ :

    A paid, asynchronous written strategy read that interprets what is already in motion. This step identifies patterns, strengths, and gaps, then clarifies where focus should be placed next. The work is rooted in cultural context and human insight, offering direction through written analysis alone.

  • The First Shift™:

    A collaborative strategy experience paired with a comprehensive written foundation for creatives, brands, and teams ready to define their positioning and narrative. This is where understanding becomes structure, and direction is translated into something you can build from.

For some clients, the work extends beyond initial clarity and foundation.

Culture Shift supports longer-term engagements for creatives, brands, and teams who are ready to build systems, execute intentionally, or maintain strategic direction over time. This may include ecosystem development, focused rollouts, or ongoing support designed to preserve coherence as things grow.
